The MAD4500 and MAD4510 submersible pressure sensors are approved to UL/cUL913 (CSA 157) Class I Div 1, Groups C and D for use in intrinsically safe areas with an approved barrier. For pressure ranges from 0-1 PSIG to 0-100 PSIG that require a wide range of media compatibility, the submersible series is an excellent solution for level monitoring in both indoor and outdoor applications.
The MAD45PT Series of submersible pressure sensors provides the added functionality of Temperature measurement.
MAD4500 & MAD4510 models are available in your choice of electrical outputs of 1-5 VDC or 4-20mA. MAD45PT models are available with 4-20mA electrical output only. In high humidity areas, a hydrophobic filter for end of the vent tube is recommended (see Madison Company part number 099-P00088 for further information).
